Disgraceful service. My Husband has been waiting for a parcel for 8 weeks, Hermes couldn't find it so the Company sent a replacement, never arrived this was 4 weeks ago, in the mean time he had ordered from another Company (Hermes delivery), NOT delivered, order was 3 weeks ago. We complained to the Head Office and local Hermes 2 months ago about the 2 women that Courier for Hermes in our area. They left a parcel on our front wall. !!! So they have deliberately not delivered the parcels, saying unmade up road, what rubbish its a normal road. they have lied they couldn't find the address, and yet I saw them deliver across the road 2 weeks ago. Eventually after 10 e mails, told yesterday their Supervisor was handling it. Lo and behold today at 4.30 somebody thumped on our front door and walked away before I could get to the door, the 2 original parcels held up for 6 and 8 weeks, and the latest parcel that was expected 4 weeks ago. Disgraceful service, the worst Courier service ever.
