If I could give zero stars I would. We paid for next day delivery. Got an email at 7.30pm to say our parcel had been delivered. Guess what? It hadn't. No photo of it on our doorstep because, of course, it was never actually delivered. So where are my goods Hermes? I've read other reviews from other victims of your 'service' who've actually witnessed your drivers take photos of the parcel on the customer's doorstep and then seen the driver pick the parcel up and walk off with it. To make matters even worse, there is absolutely no customer service to contact, but I wouldn't expect any less from a company who are basically crooks.
