No customer service! no way to contact Hermes by any means! Can not even cancel the service and book with someone else. I have had problems using your service, your website kept crashing... the system does not recognise you are a new user when you 1st register and does not guide you through the procedure, your system automatically assumes that the new customer is the collection address, NOT COLLECTING FROM A SELLER at another address for collection of an item!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE!! I WILL NOT USE YOUR INFERIOR SYSTEM EVER AGAIN!!! Deliberate blocking out any customers with issues using a automated system that does not help the customer!!
