Useless
Left my delivery outside my house when it was supposed to be signed, driver probably faked my signature and didn’t bother ring the bell, I found out my parcel was delivered by eBay notification and I went outside to see if neighbours had signed it since they never rang the bell, had I not seen it outside someone would probably take it away, hermes is horrible and it is the 3rd time in less than 6 month i have some bad experience with this company, stay away
