I had an email saying my parcel was delivered 11.07, it wasn't, I contacted them to then get an automated service saying it was delivered at 12.07 and signed for, again it wasn't, I have a ring doorbell so have checked that and nobody delivered anything, tried ringing and emailing them, the email address isn't available anymore and all numbers are automated messages, you cannot speak to anybody, so annoying
