This company makes it so easy for their drivers to steal your shipment. It's OK for the drivers to NOT scan your parcel on pick up from the drop-off. I'll never ever use Hermes or any other company take to them.
Do yourself a favour and stick to Royal Mail because the extra money you pay to Hermes is not worth it.
I've been victim of their lack of responsibility.
