WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!
Hermes showed parcel delivered, but it wasn't. Previously they have left parcels on my doorstep when I live in the middle of Cardiff. This is NOT a safe delivery! I'd give 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs!
