Absolutely joke!!! Been waiting almost 6 days for my parcel to arrive now, after being told numerous times that it will be delivered 'tomorrow'. AVOID HERMES AT ALL COSTS, claiming to have problems accessing the property, no other couriers have any issues!!! Am writing this review during my 3rd day waiting around for it!!
