I ordered a vacuum cleaner and it got 'lost' at the depot ... it took 6 weeks to get my money back from the company I purchased from. The lack of customer service is totally unacceptable. I couldn't get through on the number I found on Google and just kept using the app to track which kept crashing . After 2 weeks of saying it was on it's way, I complained to the company I purchased from and had to wait a further 2 weeks for them to investigate and wait for them to get back to me.
