I would love to give them zero stars, but the default is one star on here. They are incompetent, in the past 6 weeks l have been unfortunate to have 6 packages delivered by these cowboys. 1 was lost, 2 boxes were badly damaged with contents broken. The 3 others had badly damaged boxes, with delivered not only with damaged packaging, it also had the all the contents strewn about inside the case which had opened up. Trying to complain to them is useless. You either get the ridiculous digital assistant, or phone numbers or email addresses that are no longer in use. If you do manage to get a number that works, it only directs you back to the website. Avoid them at all cost!
