The worst service ever!!!! Delivery guy did not show up to collect my package, I had paid an extra fee to have it collect from my house due to covid and waited all day I couldn’t even nap in case I missed it! Yet no one showed up! I called “customer services” the following day and spoke to someone who was very unhelpful, very blunt and honestly quite rude, no customer service whatsoever.... I eventually ended up dropping the package at the shops just to receive an invoice for £10.80 stating that it was a ‘Large’ item despite me entering the weight and description. Had the driver showed up, all of this would’ve been avoided! STAY AWAY!! They are cheap for a reason! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!
