Expecting delivery of a bathroom sink. Hermes claim it was delivered on August 3rd. They say they have proof of delivery and that the package was signed for. They also say that no deliveries are signed for during Covid and their "proof" is a blank signature box.
Needless to say, the basin was not delivered when they claim and has either been irretrievably lost or stolen. Judging by the many reviews I have read, this seems to amount to almost standard procedure for Hermes.
