I buy a lot of items through eBay and because a lot of the suppliers use Hermes I’ve had to shop elsewhere. Probably without exaggerating 6 out of 10 parcels don’t get delivered. All have tracking numbers and when checked it just says we have received your item and it never updates from there. So frustrating eBay having to return my money all the time. From now on if I see any item online with the delivery Hermes I’ll just leave it and shop somewhere else
