My parcel was with Hermes on Monday 10 August due for delivery Tuesday 11 August but it’s still not with me! Yet Hermes courier delivered 2 other parcels from a seperate retailer I ordered AFTER the one I’m STILL WAITING FOR!! Why didn’t they bring the other one as well? Last update was at 22:59 yesterday saying there’s been a delay we’ll have your parcel on the move again within 24 hours! Ha ha ha have they heck And I can’t speak to anyone as there lines are down for ‘maintenance’ This is disgraceful I will NEVER order from a company who uses HERMES again it simply isn’t worth the stress
