Paid for home collection waited in 2 days not collected. Still waiting!
My previous experience I sent a parcel it was tracked to recipients local depot where Hermes admitted they’d lost it! They wouldn’t refund as it was toiletries. They late found it about a month after it should have been delivered in a depot miles away, how can it be tracked to a local depot when its not there?
