Amazon collection was told they had tried to deliver 4 times on each occasion my cctv said different. Total lies and fabrication, just amazed Amazon believe them. How this company survives with this abomination of service and frustrated customers is unbelievable. Finally I cannot understand how Amazon do not get rid of this liability considering the impact to their business, I alone have purchased over £300's worth of business recently to avoid Hermes!!
