I have been using MyHermes for over 5 years now but sadly that will come to an end.
I sold a £450 Lenovo laptop through eBay, only for the contents to be missing from the parcel. They refunded me £25 in compensation after a month because their insurance would have covered loss/damage however i have said theft & loss is completely different. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for valuable items. I will never use them again and their reputation has dropped tremendously by everyone i know.
