The company seems to be a scam, unable to get anyone to speak to, no working phone line. I ordered and paid on your website for a parcel delivery service a week ago. A courier turned up 2 days later and informed me that the parcel will not fit in their van and she will arrange for a 'light and large' collection i'e someone with a bigger van. I have given the weight and the dimensions of the parcel when I was booking it online so they had this information prior to sending a small, unsuitable van. Despite the courier's promise to arrange a larger van, no one came to pick it up. I have tried calling the number for customer service - the number seems to be 'down for maintenance', another number wants to charge me £6.00 for connecting, another one of listed numbers has been disconnected, digital assistant is automated and keeps referring to the beginning of script because it's not working. 5 days later I somehow managed to get through to my local depot, a customer rep called Nasira did not know why my parcel had not been picked up and promised to email and phone me when she arranges a pick up. It has been another 3 days since she said she will sort it out and yet, my parcel has not been picked up and I have no idea when it will be picked up. I have tried the local depot phone number again but it is now saying it's 'down for maintenance'.
