the delivery drivers are lazy and lie about trying to deliver parcels and if you pay for a collection forget it out of 13 i paid for they collected 4.If you have a problem dont think you can get in touch to sort it out because they have an online assistant which is just an automated tracking number and if you wait an hour you can speak to someone who will be able to help with nothing and sort nothing out,The worst delivery company ever
