Awful company! I’ve seen the drivers dump parcels in neighbours’ doorstep and walk away (neighbours not home). I’ve had a parcel which stated was delivered - but I didn’t receive it - possibly stolen! Last week a delivery driver dumped my parcel in the doorstep without ringing bell and walked away - luckily I found it! Today, as I was expecting a delivery from them, I stuck a big note on my front door asking them to ring doorbell. Guy rang bell, I opened door, he wasn’t wearing a face mask, he came right up to the door (so no social distancing) and thrust the box towards me. I put my hand out and it crashed to the ground as he promptly let it go. He told me “You’re SUPPOSED to take it with both hands!” I’ve NEVER experienced such rude, careless, unprofessional behaviour like this. I will NOT buy anything if the delivery is from My Hermes. Oh, and the 2 hour slot (both this week and last week) got changed just as the 2 hours was coming to an end. A text informed me it was running late and another extended 2 hour period was given. Not happy.
