i sent a handmade item via my hermes on the 3rd of august 2020 and they have said it was damaged on arrival at hub but its magically dissappeared ive rang several times and completed all forms and still no answer!! I believe people parcels including mine are being stolen so i will be contacting police to start an investigation aswell as trading standards..THIS KINDA SERVICE NEEDS TO STOP!!
