Hermes sent email to say parcel delivered thru letterbox! Not true ! I live on a farm and my parcel had been left on a communal (to the farm cottages) rubbish bin half a mile from house, was soaking wet and unfortunately was not the first time this has happened. Ive tried to contact hermes via email, phone and holly and complained numerous times... all to no avail. Local delivery driver must have a very strange letterbox at his/her place if it looks like a rubbish bin. To make matters worse I had let Hermes know my safe place was a summerhouse. Trouble with some vendors, you don't know which company will be making the delivery until you've placed your order. Some let you leave a message that will assist delivery and when they do I always leave a message to say PLEASE DO NOT USE HERMES!! Sorry hermes, you'll need to get your act together!
