Absolute worst delivery company hands down. Don’t even know how this is still considered a company and running in business. Their customer service team is horrid and their delivery drivers are even worse. I don’t know who trains these drivers but they couldn’t care less about a package being delivered (so basically they couldn’t care less about their doing their jobs?) all reviews point to their parcels either not having been delivered when the driver ticked off that it was, or being left in a terrible location. Why would a single person or business use Hermes services when the drivers can’t do their jobs correctly in delivering goods? This right here should bother more people to the point where Hermes needs to fix their services or leave the delivery services game to better postal services. Hermes shouldn’t just leave, they should be thrown out for their lack of ability to provide their one and only service. They left my package in plain sight to where it was stolen and all they had to say was “we are sorry you are unable to locate your parcel”. The audacity of this company. I hope they get sued for all their worth and dismantled so no one has to deal with their services again. A company with this amount of horrible reviews needs to be shut down. I hope to never deal with company again and will not buy from any company that delivers with Hermes — I am that passionate about boycotting their services, as should everyone else. We can bring about change and not deal with this company by running them into the ground where they belong.
