No parcel, asked to contact Hermes. Currently 40 minutes into a wait on the phoneline. Going to hang on and see how long this takes! I thought that this type of poor service was now a thing of the past. Obviously not. Tracking message says could not locate the address - but two parcels delivered in previous week to same address by Hermes!
