Hermes delivery driver has problems (numerical dyslexia) so cannot deliver to the correct address/owners, I was told the driver should ask the name of the person to make sure the name is the same as is on the parcel, but they don't bother. Twice in three weeks Hermes have handed over my parcels at the wrong house, the second time I needed a Police Crime Number & their assistance to recover the parcel. Thanks to the police I now have my parcel but Hermes tracking number shows it as "Still in transit" and every day for the last 5 days it says "Enquiry Resolved" their tracking system is as useless as the company and its drivers. If you have a problem you cannot talk to a real person just computer generated "Holly" who cannot solve a real problem. From now on I will never buy anything where I see Hermes is the delivery company because it is just not worth all the stress, and needing police assistance to retrieve and deliver a parcel because Hermes cannot do their job properly.
