Wish I could give 0 star. I ordered some items from H&M which supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I received an email at around 12 pm from Hermes that they are out for delivery. Then around 8 pm I again received an email that my parcel has been delivered. I was thinking it must be outside the door. I checked it,but there was nothing. Even I checked outside our flat too. I asked our neighbour, nobody see my parcel nor they received any parcel in my name. I tried to contact Hermes, but they already set an automated message so that I couldn't get a chance to even talked to their customer service advisor. Hermes is really a very third class courier service. I don't know why some companies hand over all their orders to Hermes for delivery. Every time my parcel is missing when delivered by Hermes. What they do with the parcels? The drivers takes the parcels or what? Why the employer of Hermes not taking any action? I want to take a strict action against this third class courier service Hermes.
