really want to give minus stars ,still waiting on two parcels ,that should have been delivered a week ago .previous parcels have been damaged and left out on doorstep to steal .customer service is none existent ,i would never use this company again they are a disgrace ,one star is far to generous .non contactable by phone or email ,useless company fed up of incompetence ,if it was my company using Hermes ,i would have stopped the contract along time ago . they are failing those companies they work for ,they are failing the recipient and failing themselves
