Terrible company, terrible customer service - avoid if you can! I am not the person who writes reviews, but this time I've lost my patience. They lost my 3 parcels, paid back absolute 0, not even returned back a postage fee. In purpose they show online for 3 weeks time "your parcel is in progress". Impossible to get to the operator, because an automatic system cuts you off. And when eventually you do get to the operator - they certainly offers you to make a claim - but after you filled in a frigin form with absolutely stupid questions - they will wait until 28 day is passed from the day parcel was sent and you will receive an email - that the claim has been denied. And you will loose you money and time. And again - AVOID, the worst company ever!
