This week I was told that a parcel would arrive in a time slot. I continued to check it all day long as I am in quarantine. The last time I looked, the result said that Hermes had tried to deliver, but I was out!... which was completely untrue. The next time I checked, it said that my address could not be found.. we live on a main road. The parcel arrived eventually. Today, I am waiting for yet another Hermes delivery, which is now over an hour overdue, no update on the tracking, so I really don't know what has happened to the goods, which happen to be PPE. So very bad show, Hermes.
