I would not use this firm again. Sent two parcels to same address and one was lost. Resent another parcel and it too was lost. Website is terrible as is customer service. It is nearly impossible to find an email for them or a phone number. Never did get to speak to anyone and emails are just standardised ones which do not answer any questions you ask. It took about 6 weeks to get my costs refunded.
