Worse than useless. They lost a parcel of mine but claimed it was delivered (I was at home when this was allegedly delivered and handed to me in person!).
It has left me out of pocket and I now refuse to deal with any company that uses this bunch of thieves. I also when looking to make a purchase I make a point of checking and contacting any companies that use this useless outfit that I will not be using them for this reason.
Avoid them like the plague.
