I will never use any company who hires Hermes to make their deliveries. I have finished with Wiggle, the sports and swimwear company because of this. I have waited in all day for a parcel, only to receive an email from Hermes telling me I was not at home and they have left a card telling me when delivery will be made. I WAS AT HOME ALL DAY and I DID NOT RECEIVE A CARD. Why does Hermes think it appropriate to lie? I will be asking every company I buy from, which carrier they use to make deliveries. If they say "Hermes" then I will shop elsewhere.
