Hermes has no contact details where things go wrong. You have an auto bot that is only good for general things but you don't want to personally deal with anyone and their problems.
I had a courier delivery today who I caught posting a card through my door without calling. He said the doorbell didn't work and, when I told him that's why there was a note to call me, his response was I should fix the doorbell and is my problem. So much for customer service
