Almost exactly the same as others posting on here. Promised delivery didn’t deliver then sent an email saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home, I have CCTV that confirms that is a total lie.
The tracking information is telling me the parcel will be delivered the next day 4days later I’m still waiting.
Why do companies still use Hermes when it reflects so badly on there business?
