Holly the bot is pants with very few options though it takes your email address but does absolutely nothing with it, AND on the left of this page they have the nerve to put 'email' as a communication channel. I tried email but got a bot response telling me it was not in use anymore. How do you communicate with them if you are hard of hearing like myself? Answer: you don't. If I could only award them NO STARS.....
