Stated delivery time as 5-7pm, then next day 3-5pm. Both would of been suitable if they actually bothered to adhere to these, both times family members have been at the address by 12midday and both times delivery had already occurred. Conveniently doesn't get updated on the online tracking until 15 minutes before the end of the delivery slot. Who knows if / when I will ever receive parcel.
