I have used Hermes several times in the past but after the latest experience never again.
Parcel sent on 26th August 2020 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I have wasted time on many occasions for the alleged delivery at a time and date given in an email for the parcel not to arrive
Try to connect a human at Hermes Parcel is impossible.
My advice would be use a different courier.
