Unless you have a problem ( and eventually you will have a problem with any courier firm) they are great but when you have a problem , they are the worst company you could send your items out with.
They were cheap and mainly cheerful and now with their prices increases , they are not cheap and very not cheerful.
One point to add they have now added an automation process to speed up resolving an issue as this is actually worse than the awful system it repeated.
I really wouldn't recommend.
