MY ITEM DIDN'T GET DELIVERED TO MY NEIGHBOUR EVEN PUT A CARD THROUGH MT DOOR SAYING LEFT WITH NEIGHBOUR, NO DATE NO NUMBER NOTHING, MY NEIGHBOUR FEELS TERRIBLE WHEN I KNOCKED AND ASKED FOR THIS PARCEL, CAN'T EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE AT HERMES SHOCKING TAKE YOU ROUND IN CIRCLES WITH NO RESULTS AT THE END, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE A LICENCE TO DELIVER GOODS.
