Waste of time, only advice i can give is avoid like the plague. My parcel travelled across 4 states in america and then atlantic with no problems, soon as hermes get their grubby little hands on it GONE, tried to sort but only get an automated voice. I wouldnt mind but the sorting factory is only 2 milea away. Please please please avoid for you own sake.!!!!!
