I live in Canada. I received a message from Hermes that they have a parcel of mine and it had been delivered to Dove Close.
I an unable to reach or contact anyone to tell them I have ordered nothing to be delivered by Hermes. I have a tracking number but cannot get information regarding the sender or the contents of the parcel. If my personal information has been hacked then I have no way of following up..
With all the terrible reviews I cannot believe they are still in business.
