Absolutely disgusting service. My order was chucked over my 6 foot gate and no doorbell was rung. Luckily my order wasn't damaged but the box was. Luckily,it wasn't a gift. Not the first bad experience with Hermes, if I could give a minus award I would. I can't believe how they stay in business !
