First it was delivery tomorrow, then when they didn’t turn up, delivery tomorrow... after a week of ‘delivery tomorrow’ I got ‘we tried to deliver but you were out’ yet no card and I work from home. Said they’d deliver tomorrow.... then next day they said can’t find you we need to check address - contact us!! - however IMPOSSIBLE to contact - there is no way you can!!! Had to ask seller to contact. He got told package lost!! ... 5 months later still non the wiser, I claimed refund via PayPal, seller had to claim on insurance. Item was a bottle of blue shampoo for a horses white tail.
