They have now lost three parcels in last three months and damaged another. I managed to trace one with great difficulty. One is lost completely. I’m now waiting for one which didn’t arrive in delivery timeslot and was changed to an earlier one that was past! I’m not in tomorrow and can’t see how to change the delivery day. Another one hasn’t been delivered and they say to contact the seller, I’ve now no idea who that is. I’m shielding and get everything online. They have no phone number or way to track. DHL is much better, at least they’re contactable. Postman says they have a reputation for leaving parcels on doorstep. I will now avoid sellers that use Hermes if at all possible.
