Honestly, the worst company I’ve ever came across! I’m not going to be home for delivery, wanted to call and reschedule, because I know for a fact, parcel will be left on the doorstep, even when I’m not in. Normally I don’t mind that, but this time, I’m away with work, so my parcel will be left on the doorstep for 3 days... There’s literally no way to get in touch and talk to an actual person! I will be contacting Monat and asking, if it’s possible, to use DPD for my future deliveries, even, if it will cost me more, as they’re way more focused on customer satisfaction and give more flexibility with deliveries.
