I have had nothing but negative experiences with Hermes over a number of years they lie about supposed delivery attempts making no end of excuses about their failure to deliver,its impossible to contact them about failed deliveries I dont understand how they are still in business ,when I order anything online my heart sinks when told that Hermes will be the courier,they are without doubt the worst delivery company in human history,B J LEE
