Never had a good experience with them. EVER. They never show up, I have big windows all around the house, I sit indoors all day waiting for them and no one comes! They lie about attempted deliveries and waste your time, so that you're forced to contact the seller and ask for a refund. Never give them the benefit of a doubt and DO NOT USE HERMES. Horrendous.
