THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER. so frustrating when your parcel goes missing, they make it extremely hard to contact them, in this day and age to fob you off to an automated system is scandalous. they take your money and want nothing to do you with , It would be so good of nonsense firms like this could be taken day as its almost daylight robbery . there online holly chat is so useless as it doesnt find your parcel and the automated call service still doesnt help as you stll cannot find your parcel . parcel2go and DHL are so much better . these guys are cheap , but cheap comes at i high cost when they run a scandalous stsyem . Royal mail is better . BEWARE , if you parcel goes missing , its good as lost . Try getting a refund , that in itself will be a challenge as they do not make that easy too .
