Useless. Parcel was not delivered after contacting them 4 times. Latest information is that my parcel was being returned to me and could take an additional 7-14 days. I sent this parcel one month ago. I have used Royal Mail to sent before and have never had a problem even though a little bit more expensive. Complete waste of time
