Hermes strikes again! 😡 The WORST courier service I’ve ever encountered.
The delivery person failed to even ring the doorbell and kindly left my parcel in the rain and so my purchase has received extensive water damage. I would happily pay additional costs to NOT use Hermes, every time I have used them in the past it is the exact same awful delivery service!
